Preparing for the Finish Line

The final day of senior project is quickly approaching! I came in today knowing exactly what I had to get done. First, I went through all of my negatives to highlight which photos I wanted to print again.

I then entered the dark room to begin printing what seemed like a thousand photos. Just like the other day, I found myself spending hours in there not even realizing how much time had really passed. I become very engrossed in my work and love seeing the pictures develop.

After letting the photos hang out and dry for a bit of time, I organized them. For my final project, I have decided to display four posters boards, one with each of the following themes: nature, people, landscape, or Eliza Monroe. I categorized each picture into one of those themes and disposed of any that were duplicates or too damaged to be used.

Tomorrow, I will piece together my final presentation and gather my camera and other materials I used during the process in case people have questions for me. I cannot wait!
